Prahlad is MSc Finance from London Metropolitan University (London, UK). Over the course of his career Prahlad has advised, raised Equity and Financed clients in a wide range of
industries such as Infrastructure, Mining, Engineering, Real Estate, Health Care, Oil & Gas, Energy (Renewable & Conventional), ITES & Technology based Start ups.
Many of these companies required innovative financing solutions for their capital needs. Prahlad has significant operational experience in all aspects of corporate finance and is well
versed in creating, managing and controlling bank groups that are commonly established to provide the creative, complex financing needed in the current worldwide economy.
